Rodney's Pizzeria
(906) 346-6707
A vintage gas station from around the 1930s now offers breakfast, lunch, and Italian dinners in addition to pizza. Lunch revolves around subs and other sandwiches ($4.75-$5.50), soups and chef's salads, but there's now a big menu of fried foods, too. Italian dinners ($8-$12) have owner Rodney Filizetti's special touches like Italian sausage in the spaghetti and cudighi (spicy Italian sausage) in the stuffed pizza, which is cooked in a pan, pie-like. Pizza supreme is $16.
120 N. Pine/M-35 on the west end of downtown Gwinn. Sun-Wed 7-9, Thurs-Sat 7-10. Handicap access: small restrooms.
