The 14-space rustic campground ($6/$9 night; vault toilets, no showers or electricity) has the sensitive design and big sites characteristic of most state forest campgrounds. There's a boat launch. A relatively easy 2.3-mile hiking trail leads from the campgrounds to overlooks and an old mine site.
