This comfortable, sort-of-colonial house circa 1910 has a long front porch overlooking the DeTour Passage. The 3 guest rooms, each with private bath, have water views, too. Rates are from $79 to $119, depending on season. Dave and Suzie Rhinard, active in area theater, serve a full sit-down breakfast. Their "bunkhouse" for small groups sleeps 6, has a mini-fridge and microwave, and delivers an egg McMuffin-type breakfast.

In a sunny, open area, 9 cabins plus 4 townhouse units mostly overlook the DeTour marina. In summer they are rented by the day ($79-$119) or three-day period. See web site for details. Vacation rentals, too.

625 N. Ontario St. (the main street) on the water. Mostly open May thru Sept. Handicap access: call. Pets OK in resort, not vacation homes.
